When Will I Receive My Order?

Once an order is placed, it is assigned to a dedicated team member who will handle everything from design creation to the final packing and shipping. The process includes selecting and sorting the right diamonds, ensuring all materials are prepared accurately, and finally shipping the completed kit. Although the process can take between 14 and 21 days, we strive to complete and deliver orders as swiftly as possible.
